Hi Phil,
ES3Cloud is cloud storage, so the data is stored on the database on your server. To download the save data from your server, you use the ES3Cloud methods or actions in Unity.
Do you mean you want to be able to access them as a file on your FTP? If so, this isn't the purpose of cloud storage so wouldn't be possible with ES3Cloud.

The "file" is stored on the server, but I can't "see" or download it with Filezilla. It works, thanks a lot !
