I did not run into this problem before, but have now in ES3 version 3.0, after importing my project on the backup PC. Unity pro version is the same as on the primary PC (2017.4.1).
Any ideas?

This is actually a bug at Unity's end and is discussed here:

My message seems to be stuck in "Outbox". Or does it only go to "Sent" once read?

The message remains in outbox until it is read. I've just sent over the package now.
